How can I pay?
At Wowzr.tv you can pay securely online with your MasterCard, Visa, debit/credit card or PayPal.
Why am I getting an error message?
We use PayPal to process all our credit and debit card transactions. If you get the following message: "PayPal gateway has rejected request. This transaction cannot be processed (#10505: Gateway Decline)." This refers to a mismatch between the billing address entered and the billing address stored with paypal. It is possible that the card being used is linked with your PayPal account (if you have one), with a different billing address and PayPal is using that instead of the billing address that you have entered. You can try entering the billing address stored with PayPal to resolve this issue. (Please note you do not have to have PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card).
Can I pay with American Express?
We wish… But sorry, we don’t accept Amex.
How long is the handling time?
We are fast! Our Wowzr.tv store sends orders to our warehouse in real-time so once received your order will be processed for picking, packing & shipping! An order placed before 1pm (CET) will leave our warehouse that day and anything after that cut-off will leave the following business day. From then, it’s out of our hands and en route to you.
How much is postage?
Standard delivery is free for orders over €50 or €3.99 for orders under €3.99 and you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-4 business days.
I need to change something on my order - can I do this?
Because we want to give you the best service, the Wowzr.tv store sends your order to our warehouse in real-time. We are unable to make changes to order details once in processing so please thoroughly check your order details and delivery address before hitting the confirm button!
Will I receive confirmation of my order/shipping/tracking number?
As long as you entered your email address correctly Wowzr.tv will send you an order confirmation via email once your order has been processed.
You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Shipment confirmation emails get sent out at COB of the day of shipment.
What is the return policy?
We at Wowzr.tv love our products and we think you will as well. This is why we offer you 100 day returns. If at any point you feel our products are not for you and you change your mind, simply return the unopened item to us with your receipt within 100 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that you will have to pay the return postage.
We also offer a 30 day “product performance” guarantee - If your product from Wowzr.tv doesn’t perform as promised or you don’t think it does what it says on the box, send it back to us with the receipt within 30 days for a refund or store credit.
Many of our products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty to protect you against faulty products these vary from one product to another and depend on the manufacturer. Details can be found on the warranty tab on the product page.

Giving great customer service is at the heart of what we do. We’re a small tight knit team and we usually are able to get back to you same day or the following morning on business days depending on what time you contact us.
