How can I pay?
At you can pay securely online with your MasterCard, Visa, debit/credit card or PayPal.

Can I pay with American Express?
We wish… But sorry, we don’t accept Amex.

How long is the handling time?
We are fast! Our store sends orders to our warehouse in real-time so once received your order will be processed for picking, packing & shipping! An order placed before 2pm (AEDsT) will leave our warehouse that day and anything after that cut-off will leave the following business day. From then, it’s out of our hands on route to you.

How much is postage?
We offer 2 postage options so you can select the one most appropriate for your needs. The options are:

  • Standard delivery (Australia Post eParcel with tracking number - Allow up to 7 business days) Orders Over $99 Free or for orders under $99 it’s only $7.95
  • The super fast express eParcel option, also with tracking - usually with you in 1-3 business days - Orders over $150 Free - or orders between $99 and $150 it’s only $5 and for orders under $99 express delivery will cost $9.95

How long will it take?
We at will get your order ready for shipping very quickly. We promise you that! One of our aims is to give you the best service possible.
It then depends on where you live. As a general rule it can take up to 5-7 business days with the standard shipping service. If you live in capital city metropolitan areas your order will be with you much faster than that.
Express post will usually be with you in 1-3 business days (East coast capital cities should be overnight). Check out for more details.

I need to change something on my order - can I do this?
Because we want to give you great service, the store sends your order to our warehouse in real-time. We are unable to make changes to order details once in processing so please thoroughly check your order details and delivery address before hitting the confirm button!

Will I receive confirmation of my order/shipping/tracking number?
As long as you entered your email address correctly will send you an order confirmation via email once your order has been processed.
You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Shipment confirmation emails get sent out at COB of the day of shipment.  This email will also include your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

I ordered express. Can you guarantee it will arrive by tomorrow?
Sometimes, yes! But… it depends on when you placed the order and where your delivery address is. automatically sends your order to our warehouse from our system in real time and orders received to our warehouse before 2pm will be shipped that day so if your location is within the Australia Post express overnight delivery network you should receive your item within 24 hours from dispatch (except where the following day falls on a weekend or public holiday). WA, NT and some rural areas take longer as a general rule and we always advise you to check out the Australian Post network guidelines. 

Customer Support & Warrantees

What is the return policy?
We at love our products and we think you will as well. This is why we offer you 100 day returns. If at any point you feel our products are not for you and you change your mind, simply return the unopened item to us with your receipt within 100 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that you will have to pay the return postage.
We also offer a 30 day “product performance” guarantee - If your product from doesn’t perform as promised or you don’t think it does what it says on the box, send it back to us with the receipt within 30 days for a refund or store credit.
Many of our products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty to protect you against faulty products these vary from one product to another and depend on the manufacturer. Details can be found on the warranty tab on the product page.

How long till I can expect to receive a reply?
Giving great customer support is at the heart of what we do. We’re a small tight knit team and we usually are able to get back to you same day or the following morning on business days depending on what time you contact us.
Being a small team, sometimes when it’s really busy it may take a little longer. Please bear with us, we’re only human and we want to make sure we give everyone top-notch service. If your enquiry is urgent please include ‘URGENT’ in the subject line and we’ll be sure to prioritise it accordingly.
